Successfully organised the following activities:

   "Oxford Language Centre", U.K General English Examinations from 1999 to June 2009.
  “Peace March” to raise funds for Earthquake Victims in 1991 & 1993.
  “Cycle Rally” to raise funds for the underprivileged in 2000.
  “Fun Fair” to raise funds for social service activities of the children in 2002.
  "Family Evening” to raise funds for Tsunami victims in 2005.

Staff Appraisal System & Training Programme

Appraisal System

Staff appraisal system where in an assessment was done based on the vertical and horizontal feed- back received along with the individual monitoring system . Due feed-back was given and necessary training schedules were taken-up.


Training Programmes

The Staff orientation programmes and training programmes were conducted periodically. Identified staff were given special training programme as evaluated in the appraisal system. This was followed by Training Effectiveness and necessary follow-up measures.

Skill Development For Children

Built a 64 student school

Built a 64 student school in a thatched roof with no building of its own to a 930 student school with over 75 members of teaching faculty with-in a span of 13 years. With- in this time school developed its own building with over 60000 sq.ft. with amenities like language lab., math lab., air-conditioned library, computer lab, science laboratories etc.

Skill Development For Children

Every child had the opportunity to come on to the stage to perform, write articles in the yearly school magazine or in the bi-yearly Newsletter. The communication skill of the students were excellent and the confidence level was high as the students had all-round development. Students were given soft skill development programmes and they passed out as problem solving individuals. Sports and games were given equal importance and they had a good swimming team and the schools had state level swimmers on their rolls.

All-India Child Genius contest

A child came 4th in All-India Child Genius contest conducted by Star T.V. network and met the President of India at Ratrapathi Bhavan. 2 children were honoured by the Vice-President of India for their achievements in the International Award for Young People formerly known as Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. 2 children distinguished themselves in the International Assessments for Indian Schools and one child came first in the 6 country region. Had the distinction of being the College Supervisor guide for an International Teacher Trainee from U.S.A. for a three month period.

An experience of over 18 years in administration alone coupled with 30 years in teaching field has helped to build institutions with a brand name in towns like Tuticorin and Ambasamudram. With the association in MNC school had the opportunity of implementing the management skills of XLRI Jamshedpur, NMIMS Bombay and Effective Personal Productivity of Paul J. Meyer (USA) in the schools where ever worked
